Scaredy Squirrel Connections

We've been learning readers make connections.  They make connections to the characters, to other books, and the world around them.

I absolutely LOVE Scaredy Squirrel and we have spent the week reading every book by Melanie Watt.

We brainstormed a list of what we're afraid of and students completed this worksheet that's FREE (Scaredy Squirrel Connections).  Students had to come with objects to help them face their fears.
