Welcome Back

We did it!!  We made it through the first 4 days of school.  I was exhausted by the end of the week but I hope your child had a great start.

We have 10 boys and 6 girls to complete our class so far.

We tried Jitter Juice on the first day to help with any butterflies we had, spent time getting to know each other, read LOTS OF BOOKS, worked with our names, and began practicing Read to Self.

Here they are making connections to Owen, a character we read about who LOVED his blanket.  They wrote one thing they loved the most and illustrated.

If you don't see your child's picture, please make sure you sign the permission slip.  I'll send another one home on Monday.
