Reading Strategy Posters

I was looking for a way to display ALL the reading strategies the kids have been learning this year.  I created these posters and review them on a weekly basis.  As we learn a new strategy, the poster is added to the board.

I also have one on summarizing.  I must have forgotten to hang it up!

    Thanks for showing how you displayed your reading strategies. I have been searching blogs to how other 1st grade teachers have displayed these strategies in their classroom.

      Thanks. These are the mini-lessons I teach and I use the same language for each strategy beginning with, "Good readers..." I also added pics of books and lessons we completed so they'll have that connection.
